Founded in Palo Alto, California, Daniel leads a talented team dedicated to making rental property ownership more profitable, predictable, and hassle-free. Under his leadership, Home365 guarantees rental income performance and optimizes the Net Operating Income (NOI) of rental properties, offering a unique blend of FinTech and Property Management services.
With over 15 years of experience in the Hyper Local SMBs space, Daniel has a deep understanding of the pain points faced by homeowners, consumers, and the service industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and relentless drive have propelled Home365 to manage and insure Thousands of properties across nine states and 18 metropolitan areas, with ambitious plans to expand to over 100,000 properties in the coming years.
Daniel's journey in tech startups and location-based services began long before Home365. He has a proven track record of success, having founded and led OneCall Ltd., a pay-per-call platform that helped local businesses grow by connecting them directly with ready-to-spend customers. His extensive experience also includes roles at SMARTEAM, a Dassault System company, where he served as a VP of Operations led various departments such as Process, Planning and Control, QA, IT Global Customer Support and managed strategic customer projects.
Daniel is passionate about changing the offline world with software and technology, particularly in the areas of shared economy, the future of living, and real-time communications.
